We provide you with the convenience of scheduling a same-day or next-day appointment directly through our user-friendly website.
Do I have to pay to use RhynoCare?
At RhynoCare, access to our virtual visits is covered during our designated business hours for individuals presenting a valid provincial health card (OHIP). However, certain ancillary services, like document requests or medical notes, may entail an extra charge.
For our mobile offerings, including blood work, COVID-19 travel testing, wellness consultations, and more, pricing starts at $79.99.
What type of payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX, etc.). If you require alternative payment options such as Interact e-transfers, please contact us at info@rhynocare.com or at 416-830-8181.
Is my information secure?
Yes, your personal and health information is completely private. We take confidentiality and security very seriously. When you use our services, your session is protected by a comprehensive security infrastructure and stringent data policies. You also retain complete control of your personal health information at all times.
Can I get a prescription online?
Certainly! RhynoCare's healthcare providers have the authority to prescribe a wide range of medications. Upon receiving a prescription from a Doctor or Nurse Practitioner, we promptly fax it to your preferred local pharmacy.
Can I get a Doctor’s note online?
Definitely. Our Doctors are happy to write you a digital sick note online for work or school if necessary, and it will be written on our official letterhead.
Can I get lab work done or receive a referral?
Yes! Doctors can fax referrals to providers either within RhynoCare or externally based on your preference. We offer mobile lab work services including blood and urine tests, EKG/ECG tests, wellness assessments, IV hydration therapy, and more. Your Doctor can create a requisition which you will be able to download from your online profile and take to any lab or medical imaging centre.
If a follow up is required upon completion of your lab work, we'll let you know and you can request another virtual visit or take the results to your regular family doctor.
Do I see the same healthcare provider every time?
The choice if yours! You have the freedom to choose the same or different provider every time, based on your preference, time, and availability.
When should I use RhynoCare?
RhynoCare offers safe and quick access to healthcare providers 24/7. Our online Doctors can treat a whole variety of illnesses. Use RhynoCare for any health concerns you'd normally take to a walk-in clinic, such as a cold, stomach issues, a UTI, strep throat, and more.
If our providers determine that they are unable to help you based on the information you submit before your visit, they will contact you to let you know.
When should I not use RhynoCare?
You should not use RhynoCare in the case of a medical emergency. If you are in need of urgent, life-saving care you should call 9-1-1 immediately or head to your nearest emergency department.
