  • Yes, our services are not covered under OHIP.

    For our mobile and at-home services—including blood work, urine testing, COVID-19 testing, IV injections, wellness consultations, and more—pricing begins at $79.99 + HST.

  • We accept all major credit and debit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX, etc.).

  • Your personal and health information is fully private and protected. We prioritize confidentiality and security with the highest level of care. Every session is safeguarded by robust security measures and strict data policies. Plus, you remain in complete control of your personal health information at all times.

  • RhynoCare's healthcare providers are authorized to prescribe a variety of medications. Once a Doctor or Nurse Practitioner issues a prescription, we ensure it is promptly sent to your preferred local pharmacy via fax.

  • Our Doctors can provide a digital sick note for work or school, complete with our official letterhead.

    Please note that additional fees may apply for Doctor’s notes.

  • Yes! Our Doctors / NPs can fax referrals to providers within RhynoCare or externally, depending on your preference. We also offer mobile lab services, including blood and urine tests, EKG/ECG tests, wellness assessments, IV hydration therapy, and more. Your Doctor / NP will create a requisition that you can download from your online profile and bring to any lab or medical imaging center.

    If follow-up care is needed after your lab work is complete, we’ll notify you. You can then book another virtual visit or share the results with your regular family doctor.

  • The choice is yours! You can select the same provider for continuity or choose a different one each time based on your preference, schedule, and availability.

  • RhynoCare provides safe and convenient access to healthcare providers 24/7. Our online Doctors can address a wide range of health concerns. Use RhynoCare for issues you’d typically visit a walk-in clinic for, such as colds, stomach problems, UTIs, strep throat, and more. If our providers determine they cannot assist you based on the information you provide before your visit, they will notify you promptly.
